The product is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the product.
• Modify software or hardware without authorization.
• Use the product for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services.

3. AI Generated Content

Lino Bud utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to generate conversations, stories, games, recommendations, and educational experiences.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, medical, educational, or legal advice.

Parental supervision is recommended at all times.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features may require an active subscription.

Subscriptions may be offered on:

5. Payments

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights relating to:

• Software
• Characters
• Stories
• Content
• Branding
• Logos
• Graphics
• AI systems

remain the exclusive property of ZIP ZAP TOYS Pvt. Ltd.

No rights are transferred to users except the limited right to use the product as intended.

8. Warranty

Lino Bud products are covered under the applicable product warranty policy provided at the time of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Misuse
• Improper charging or handling

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIP ZAP TOYS Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits

• Business interruption
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.
